Kelly FedSecure provides a complete range of cleared candidates for organizations seeking security-cleared personnel with a wide variety of experience and skill sets, ranging from clerical to technical.

Kelly FedSecure hired Strategic to help raise visibility for the company and increase the company’s profile as they grew and expanded their strategy to directly target federal agencies seeking cleared staff, as well as federal retirees seeking to extend their service in a “re-employment” capacity in new career opportunities leveraging their in-demand skills.

Strategic’s course of action:

  • Target core trade publications to drive thought leadership on key industry issues, such as the security clearance backlog and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC)

Over the first 12 months of the engagement, Strategic accomplished the following:
